The Municipal property Inventory Appraisal and Disposal Committee (MPIADC) of the Municipality of Cateel convened on August 5, 2026 to discuss key matters concerning the management and accountability of government properties. The meeting, presided over by MPIADC Committee Chair Normaldo T. Grana, Municipal Treasurer, focused on the appraisal and disposal of unserviceable government properties, the presentation of appraisal reports from the Municipal Assessor’s Office, and the physical count of semi-expendable properties.

Committee members reviewed the status of unserviceable items for proper appraisal and disposal in accordance with existing government rules and regulations. They also discussed the appraisal reports submitted by the Municipal Assessor’s Office to ensure accurate valuation of government assets.

In addition, the committee tackled the conduct of the physical count of semi-expendable properties as part of the municipality’s continuing efforts to maintain an updated and accurate inventory of government-owned assets.
