AN ORDER DECLARING A SPECIAL NON-WORKING HOLIDAY IN THEMUNICIPALITY OF CATEEL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL ON JULY 25, 2024 (THURSDAY), IN CELEBRATION OF THE 130TH PAROCHIAL FIESTA CELEBRATION

WHEREAS, the 130th Parochial Town Fiesta celebration of St. James the Apostle Parish, this Municipality, will be on July 25, 2024, Thursday;

WHEREAS, the Foundation and Feast Days in the Province of Davao Oriental and its Municipalities and Barangays therein are declared as Special Non-Working Holidays by virtue of Republic Act 11825 which came into law on June 2, 2022, amending R.A 8256, February 13, 1997;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the townspeople of this Municipality be given opportunity to celebrate the annual feast;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EMILOU C. NUÑEZ, Municipal Mayor of Cateel, Province of Davao Oriental, by virtue of the power vested in me by laws, DO HEREBY DECLARE, THURSDAY, JULY 25, 2024 as SPECIAL NON-WORKING PUBLIC HOLIDAY in the MUNICIPALITY of CATEEL, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL. Oriental.
