The Municipality of Cateel and its Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) were awarded a Certificate of Recognition by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) for attaining Maturity Level II in four key areas of Human Resource (HR) systems, under the Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management (PRIME-HRM).

The recognition was conferred during a formal ceremony held at the Grand Regal Hotel in Davao City. Cateel’s HR systems were acknowledged for their strong performance in the areas of: (1) recruitment, selection and placement; (2) learning and development; (3) performance management; and (4) rewards and recognition.

This award is a testament to our commitment to good governance, professional service, and the continuous development of our workforce. With this, we are inspired even more to serve the people of Cateel with integrity, efficiency, and heart. – HON. EMILOU C. NUÑEZ
